About Me

I'm a professor of graphic design at Endicott College in the School of Visual & Performing Arts. I also served as the chair of the Visual Communications department for the last 4 years. 

I have an M.F.A. from Parsons The New School for Design. 

I have worked as an educator, designer and artist in the Boston area and New York City for over 30 years. I've received numerous grants, fellowships and have spoken at industry events from Nashville to Chicago. 

I am the the co-author of the popular portfolio book, No Plastic Sleeves: The Complete Portfolio Guide for Photographers and Designers, now in its 3rd edition. 

In my design work I focus on web design, brand identity, promotional materials and information design. I also enjoy a bit of web development and coding.
